The Estates-General is a representative assembly in France that was originally established in the medieval period. It is made up of three separate estates: the clergy, the nobility, and the common people. Each estate traditionally had one vote, and the Estates-General was called upon by the king to address issues such as taxation and governance. However, the Estates-General has not been convened since 1789, when it played a significant role in the lead-up to the French Revolution. Today, the term "Estates-General" is primarily used in a historical context to refer to this specific assembly in pre-revolutionary France. **

Land concessions are agreements between a government and a private company or individual that grant the right to use and develop a specific area of land for a certain period of time. These concessions are often granted for agricultural, mining, logging, or infrastructure development purposes. In exchange for the right to use the land, the concessionaire is typically required to make certain payments or investments, and adhere to specific environmental and social standards. Land concessions have been a source of controversy in many countries, as they can lead to land grabbing, environmental degradation, and displacement of local communities. **

Federal properties refer to land, buildings, or other assets owned and managed by the federal government of a country. These properties are typically used for government operations, such as military bases, national parks, and federal office buildings. These properties can include state parks, government office buildings, and other facilities used for state-level operations and services. Both federal and state properties are important for the functioning of government and the provision of public services. **

It also absorbs less moisture than regular flour, which helps create a denser and chewier texture in baked goods. Additionally, semolina is often used to make pasta, couscous, and certain types of breads due to its unique properties. **
